You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Clinicians are verified against the Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR); guardians are verified before accessing a dependent's data.
You will not misuse the platform, attempt to access data without authorisation, or use it unlawfully.
The platform, its software and content are owned by Softhard Metatech. Your health data remains yours.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Softhard Metatech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
